Senior Named Account Executive (SLED)

TL;DR

Senior Named Account Executive (SLED): Driving sales in the State and Local Public Sector market with an accent on developing comprehensive account plans and managing contract negotiations. Location: This is a work-from-home role, but you should reside in/will be expected to work from preferably in Nashville, TN area

What you will do

• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
• Drive sales in a defined territory and/or account list to achieve revenue targets.
• Assist in creating and articulating compelling value propositions for hirify.global services.
• Manage contract negotiations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience selling technical solutions or products to the Public Sector (SLED, Federal Government, Municipalities, etc.).
• Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles.
• Basic understanding of computer networking and “how the internet works”.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms.
• Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
• Must reside in/be expected to work from preferably the Nashville, TN area.

Nice to have

• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
• Experience selling to SLED customer base in the Southwest.
