What you will do
- Drive revenue retention and growth targets, focusing on net price growth and contract negotiations.
- Lead and coach a team of five experienced Account Managers to improve deal cycles and commercial negotiations.
- Manage forecasting and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce and Gong to ensure data integrity and risk identification.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
Requirements
- Location: Must work from Denver or San Francisco hubs with hybrid office presence.
- 5+ years of account management or sales leadership experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading revenue quota teams.
- Strong skills in revenue operations, forecasting tools, and data-driven management.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms based on value and ROI.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and accounts effectively.
