What you will do
- Generate new business sales from named accounts and prospects in selected geographic territories.
- Use a consultative sales process to sell the cloud-based deal management platform to commercial real estate investment firms.
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales objectives and build a pipeline for future periods.
- Research businesses and map organizations to identify key decision makers and entry points.
- Develop effective account and territory plans and own a sales quota.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, SVP of Sales, and product development team to advocate for customers.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work from the United States, specifically San Francisco or NYC candidates preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B Enterprise-level software/SaaS sales experience.
- Experience selling into the C-Suite in Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services firms.
- Experience using Salesforce and strong written and verbal communication skills.
