Location: San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work environment (in-office Monday through Thursday)

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 total compensation plus equity plan eligibility

What you will do

  • Generate new business sales from named accounts and prospects in selected geographic territories.
  • Use a consultative sales process to sell the cloud-based deal management platform to commercial real estate investment firms.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly sales objectives and build a pipeline for future periods.
  • Research businesses and map organizations to identify key decision makers and entry points.
  • Develop effective account and territory plans and own a sales quota.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, SVP of Sales, and product development team to advocate for customers.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work from the United States, specifically San Francisco or NYC candidates preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B Enterprise-level software/SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the C-Suite in Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services firms.
  • Experience using Salesforce and strong written and verbal communication skills.
