TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States. You must be located in or able to work from a state/province where hirify.global is registered. Specific remote options mentioned include Bay Area, Denver, and New York. Visa sponsorship may not be available in certain remote locations.

Salary: $200,000 - $275,000 USD OTE (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for a targeted portfolio of enterprise customers, identifying key "land" opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for complex deals, from initial prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including VP and C-suite executives.
  • Take a consultative, value-driven approach to sales, understanding technical requirements and crafting tailored solutions with clear ROI.
  • Orchestrate and leverage cross-functional teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to win and grow enterprise accounts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, provide insightful customer feedback to leadership, and help shape the product roadmap for the enterprise segment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least several years dedicated to selling into large enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000 or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets, including winning seven-figure deals and managing multi-year contracts.
  • Extensive experience managing long, complex sales cycles (often 6-12+ months) with multiple stakeholders and navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and security review processes.
  • Strong strategic account planning and consultative selling abilities, capable of developing long-term enterprise account plans and becoming a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud software and APIs; ability to quickly learn hirify.global’s developer platform and communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to craft and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required for effective executive engagement.
  • Must be located in or able to work from a state/province where hirify.global is registered.

Hiring process

  • Round 1: 30-minute Google Meet discussion with the Recruiter.
  • Round 2: 45-minute Google Meet discussion with the CEO.
  • Round 3: Take-home assignment, followed by a 60-minute panel discussion.
  • Round 4: Three Google Meet discussions with various hirify.global members (maximum 3 hours).
