What you will do

• Consult PaaS clients on designing optimal decision automation programs to maximize platform value
• Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams to scope and enhance functionality
• Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of decision automation performance
• Analyze authorization data and build analytical reports using data visualization tools
• Ensure client KPIs are met and drive end-to-end automation success throughout the customer lifecycle

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years experience in client facing roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on KPIs and product enhancements
• Passion for improving the U.S. healthcare system
• Bachelor’s degree required
