People Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States or at San Francisco, CA or New York, NY hubs

Salary: $136,000 - $260,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Build and own the technical foundations for People Analytics including database design and analytics architecture
• Design and develop data applications supporting various People Analytics use cases
• Manage ML operations and deployment for People Analytics
• Partner with teams across People, Talent, Finance, and Engineering to guide decision-making
• Drive workforce planning, recruiting analytics, employee research, and organizational health analysis

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• Deep HR domain knowledge
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with distributed data systems such as Redshift, Snowflake, Presto, Hive, or Spark
• Strong foundation in statistical methods, experimentation, and forecasting
• Strong business partnership skills
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Background in I/O Psychology
• Experience implementing LLMs/AI into workflows
• Full-stack development experience managing web applications
• Experience working with hirify.global Design and platform
• Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
