Salary: $97,325 - $114,500

What you will do

  • Own forecasting of inbound Care Support volume by channel and request category.
  • Develop and manage workforce management models balancing satisfaction and enabling scenario analysis.
  • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for operational efficiency and resourcing decisions.
  • Partner strategically with Care Support leadership on resourcing and capacity planning.
  • Serve as primary liaison for workforce optimization in cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be fully remote within the United States, with ability to be onsite in NYC office once a week preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar; Master’s preferred.
  • 3–5 years experience in operations strategy, analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience with workforce management or capacity planning preferred.
  • Strong skills in analytical modeling, data visualization tools (Looker, SQL, Hex).
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence leadership with data-driven insights.
