What you will do
- Build high-trust partnerships with finance, data science, analytics, and Promos & CRM teams to integrate real-time insights into forecasting and commercial decisions.
- Maintain frequent data touchpoints to identify trends and optimize forecast assumptions and segmentation logic.
- Develop and manage comprehensive promo spend overviews to guide campaign leads on budget pacing and optimization.
- Deliver regular readouts with recommendations on promotional dollar allocation and campaign strategy.
- Lead creation of reinvestment evaluation frameworks measuring incremental value across segments and geographies.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into promo performance to uncover root causes and propose segmentation improvements.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing analytics, CRM insights, or related strategic analytics roles in OSB, DFS, or prediction markets.
- 4–6+ years experience in data manipulation and analysis using spreadsheets, BI dashboards, and basic SQL (SQL can be learned on the job).
- 6+ years building analyses, summarizing trends, and driving recommendations for commercial or marketing teams.
- 5+ years partnering with finance, data science, analytics, or marketing stakeholders to drive shared decision-making.
- Knowledge of online sports betting, fantasy sports, or prediction markets with 4–6+ years experience or ability to ramp quickly.
- Location: Must be based in the United States (remote)

- Experience with advanced analytics tooling, SQL, or statistical methods.
- Background in promotional strategy, reinvestment modeling, or lifecycle segmentation.
- Experience building reporting frameworks or collaborating with BI teams.
