What you will do

• Analyze sales performance metrics such as conversion, win rates, and pipeline velocity across reps and teams.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and Leadership to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify key drop-off points and behaviors correlating with higher close rates.
• Support forecasting and KPI reviews by ensuring data accuracy and surfacing early performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Account Management to analyze renewal and expansion trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, attainment, and velocity.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located within the continental United States
• 1–3 years experience in analytical, business, or sales operations roles; SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reports, and SQL.
• Experience using AI technology and curiosity for AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude.
