What you will do

• Lead analytics projects, translating business requirements into robust data models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to add pipelines, optimize data models, and automate insights.
• Assist with annual planning and strategic analysis by providing deep insights and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze go-to-market data to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales funnel and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Foster strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to bridge analytics efforts with business goals.
• Partner with the Revenue Operations team to identify data gaps and improve overall data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• Expert SQL abilities, including comfort with complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau preferred; PowerBI or Looker accepted).
• Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and Snowflake is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Previous background in SaaS or subscription-based product analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Fivetran.
