What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact Product & Design roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and executives on hiring strategy.
• Source, engage, assess, offer, and close world-class technical talent.
• Serve as a talent advisor, sharing market insights and raising hiring quality.
• Act as a role model for recruiting best practices to strengthen the talent function.

Requirements

• Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong ability to execute under pressure and deliver when urgency is high.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting fundamentals, structured hiring, and competency-based interviewing.
• Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and work hybrid in San Francisco.
