What you will do
- Partner closely with company leaders and Co-Founders to hire technical leadership roles, including Staff+ ICs, Engineering Managers, and Directors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on org design, leadership gaps, leveling, and succession planning.
- Proactively source, engage, and close senior technical leaders in highly competitive markets.
- Develop and continuously improve interview processes to ensure high signal, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Mentor other recruiters on leadership hiring best practices and contribute to broader Talent initiatives.
- Own hiring goals for leadership roles across key technical organizations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with significant focus on technical leadership or senior technical hiring.
- Proven success building and scaling leadership teams in competitive, high-growth environments.
- Strong judgment and credibility when partnering with founders, executives, and senior engineering leaders.
- Effective communication skills to build trust quickly with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience owning OKRs and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
