What you will do

• Manage customer relationships focusing on retention and revenue growth
• Build account plans for top customers emphasizing mutual success
• Develop pipeline and meet sales and revenue retention targets
• Negotiate multi-year renewals, price increases, and expansion opportunities
• Conduct quarterly value-based business reviews with top customers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Must reside in Mexico
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years sales or account management experience
• Experience in legal industry with law firms or legal service providers
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Office applications
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
