What you will do
- Build and maintain client relationships aligning with customer goals and driving measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients on software platforms and IT environments.
- Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation management to address client challenges.
- Manage project roadmaps, change management, and post-sale activities to ensure client success.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting within software/platforms industry.
- Technical fluency in software platforms and IT environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CCSM or ITIL Foundation.
- English proficiency: at least B2 level
