What you will do

• Manage a defined portfolio of small and medium-sized online shops in the DACH region independently
• Identify sales potential and adapt expansion strategies to customer needs
• Develop customer portfolios strategically and commercially, acting as a skilled negotiating partner
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as New Business Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success

Requirements

• Must have professional experience in proactive B2B customer approach and communication
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Experience in account/customer portfolio management, ideally up to 500 customers
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and hands-on mentality
• Analytical skills, sales affinity, and persuasiveness
• Affinity to e-commerce and ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
