What you will do
- Design and own end-to-end recruiting strategy for Go-To-Market and Operations functions, aligned to company growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring best practices.
- Own full-cycle recruiting execution, including sourcing, screening, offer strategy, and closing.
- Build and maintain proactive, high-quality talent pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People teams.
- Personally manage a hands-on requisition load focused on high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
- Lead and mentor a GTM Recruiter, providing coaching, prioritization, and execution support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring across Go-To-Market and Operations functions.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a small team of recruiters.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic partnership and operational rigor.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels.
- Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
