Salary: $135,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech roles from intake to close.
• Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, assisting with role scoping and interview panel alignment.
• Proactively source and engage top-tier passive talent, aiming for ≥50% self-sourced pipeline on priority roles.
• Standardize and improve recruiting processes, including interview kickoffs and feedback loops.
• Champion a thoughtful, respectful, and warm candidate experience.
• Embed DEI advocacy into sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience at a smaller, high-growth company, shaping early recruiting processes.
• Comfortable with niche searches and tailoring approach.
• Proactive about building candidate pipelines.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must work within +/- 4 hours Pacific Time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, and ModernLoop.
