What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates, clearly articulating Maven’s mission and culture.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, inbound applicant management, and referrals.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and timelines.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination across multiple time zones.
• Bring fresh ideas and solutions to continuously improve high-volume recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume frontline hiring.
• Prior experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment.
• Prior experience hiring for non-exempt and exempt roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (20+) and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Gem.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract role.
