Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Hybrid options are available for candidates commuting to hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago.
Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 USD (annual base pay), plus commissions and equity awards.

What you will do
- Lead and grow a regional sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to Area Vice Presidents (AVPs).
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for managed accounts and segments.
- Define AVP-level account and quota assignments to operationalize strategy.
- Build and deliver new sales Go-to-Market (GTM) playbooks and enhance prospecting tactics.
- Establish and execute A+ account strategy and retention playbooks.
- Build high-value channel partnerships that deliver direct and indirect Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering revenue at or above target, individually and as a team lead.
- Experience in client-facing roles delivering innovative SaaS recurring revenue software products, analytics, or consulting services to Life Sciences, Risk Based Entities, Payers, Intermediaries, and Consulting partners.
- Experience managing five or more direct reports and managing other people managers.
- Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, market access, and HCP, provider, payer, and patient-level data.
- Advanced storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience owning high-profile customer relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of growing and retaining high-performing teams and culture in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing startup environment.
