TL;DR

Senior Vice President, Sales (Partnerships): Leading and growing a regional sales team to deliver customer value through Komodo’s AI-driven products and services with an accent on coaching senior sellers and enhancing sales prospecting. Focus on defining account assignments, developing GTM playbooks, and building high-value channel partnerships to achieve quota.

Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Hybrid options are available for candidates commuting to hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago.

Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 USD (annual base pay), plus commissions and equity awards.

What you will do

  • Lead and grow a regional sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to Area Vice Presidents (AVPs).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for managed accounts and segments.
  • Define AVP-level account and quota assignments to operationalize strategy.
  • Build and deliver new sales Go-to-Market (GTM) playbooks and enhance prospecting tactics.
  • Establish and execute A+ account strategy and retention playbooks.
  • Build high-value channel partnerships that deliver direct and indirect Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering revenue at or above target, individually and as a team lead.
  • Experience in client-facing roles delivering innovative SaaS recurring revenue software products, analytics, or consulting services to Life Sciences, Risk Based Entities, Payers, Intermediaries, and Consulting partners.
  • Experience managing five or more direct reports and managing other people managers.
  • Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, market access, and HCP, provider, payer, and patient-level data.
  • Advanced storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience owning high-profile customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing and retaining high-performing teams and culture in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing startup environment.
