What you will do
- Own a portfolio of existing digital health customers and serve as their primary contact for growth
- Collaborate with Product, CS Ops, Support, and Implementation teams to resolve issues and improve the platform
- Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term account health
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage full sales cycle for expansion opportunities and meet growth targets
- Own renewals including contract and pricing discussions
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or eligible to work remotely within the US
- 5+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth in SaaS
- Proven track record of revenue expansion within existing customers
- Strong consultative selling and pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis to inform strategy
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health, health tech, or healthcare SaaS
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows or regulated environments
