Salary: $95,560–$133,750 USD (for CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA states)

What you will do
- Proactively identify and close new multi-year deals for Ovid Guidelines AI, an agentic GenAI solution.
- Qualify leads to align with target market and business objectives.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to engage prospective clients.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and secure new contracts while managing objections.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and report on key metrics.
Requirements
- English: B2 required.
- 5+ years of proven success in field sales, focusing on new business acquisition and closing complex deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with value-based selling, preferably Challenger sales methodology.
- Demonstrated understanding of sales within the Society/Organization market segment.
- Experience with SAAS, Software, or Cloud sales in the Healthcare/Medical Market.
- Knowledge of CRM Applications (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
