Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California (3 days per week in office).

Salary: $399,600–$477,300 (base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area).

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the global partnerships organization across Solutions, Technology, and Strategic partnerships.
  • Define and own hirify.global’s global partnership strategy, ensuring clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and operationalize scalable partner programs including onboarding, enablement, and co-selling frameworks.
  • Source, evaluate, and secure high-impact partners, leading executive-level relationships to drive ARR.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Represent Partnerships at the executive level, providing strategic recommendations and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Alliances, or Ecosystem Leadership within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven success building and scaling a global partnerships organization, including hiring and team design.
  • Experience developing and operationalizing partner programs across multiple partner types.
  • Strong operational mindset, able to design processes, define KPIs, and build scalable partner motions.
  • Track record of delivering revenue impact through partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work hybrid (at least three days per week in office) in San Francisco, California.
