What you will do

• Own overall health, retention, and growth of assigned enterprise healthcare accounts as primary contact.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Manage customer lifecycle post-implementation with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Drive product adoption and scale plans to maximize utilization and feature engagement.
• Create and maintain account plans including KPIs, renewal, and expansion strategies using data analytics.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations, troubleshoot challenges, and guide best practices.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with ability to travel for meetings.
• 7–10+ years managing complex customer relationships in healthcare.
• Deep expertise in healthcare, value-based care models, and data interoperability.
• Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience with EMR systems and healthcare operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
