What you will do
- Source, qualify, and engage new ISV partners across priority verticals
- Negotiate and close partner agreements and execute joint go-to-market plans
- Drive revenue through partner-sourced referrals and co-sell motions with pipeline and forecast management
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across partner organizations and hirify.global teams
- Enable partner teams with training, materials, and playbooks to ensure consistent deal flow
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch integrations, run co-marketing, and improve partner workflows
Requirements
- 7+ years experience including 3+ years in partner sales, business development, or channel partnerships with ISV exposure
- Proven track record of quota attainment in partner-led revenue motions
- Strong discovery, consultative selling, and executive communication skills
- Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and using data to improve partner efficiency
- Ability to build multi-threaded relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with AI tooling affinity
Nice to have
- Experience launching and scaling technology partnerships including marketplaces and embedded SDK/API partnerships
- Familiarity with SaaS platform ecosystems such as ERPs, HRIS, and fintech platforms
- Understanding of integration lifecycles and partner onboarding processes
- Prior experience with finance, expense management, cards, or accounting automation products
