Salary: $120,000–$160,000 base + 50% variable compensation.

What you will do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and ARR growth for customers across the Americas region.
- Drive strategic scalability by evolving the commercial model with AI-driven insights and innovative sales strategies.
- Build, coach, and empower a high-performing Account Management team.
- Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline health using Salesforce and Clari, applying the MEDDPICC framework.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align on customer outcomes and unlock growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive SaaS Account Management experience with consistent attainment.
- 3+ years of proven experience managing an Account Management team with impact on growth & retention targets.
- Required experience of at least 2 years with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and other sales technologies for forecasting and revenue intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience creating and driving adoption of AI-driven tools (e.g., chat GPT, GPT Agents).
- Expertise in driving sales through value-led selling and product bundling strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to GTM executives.
