What you will do
- Oversee a portfolio of key accounts and drive strategic initiatives including complex contract negotiation, pricing, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop and execute sophisticated account plans involving financing optimizations, executive engagement, and marketing strategies.
- Analyze partner performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption and growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk to execute partnership initiatives.
- Manage customer health to ensure satisfaction and business results.
- Drive customer advocacy and collaborate with development, product management, and support teams to improve offerings.
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years of experience negotiating and closing large, complex commercial contracts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
- Ability to build productive relationships and influence outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills to review merchant performance and report impacts.
- Knowledge of retail, consumer finance, integrated software solutions, and e-commerce preferred.
- Comfortable using Salesforce and standard BI tools.
