What you will do
- Collaborate with inside/field sales and CR partners to sell products and services virtually within an assigned territory.
- Achieve revenue targets and goals for the assigned territory.
- Develop executive, sales, and technical relationships within resellers, distributors, and key Alliance OEMs.
- Work with the sales team to develop and execute territory plans for growth, enablement, and partner ecosystem engagement.
- Recruit, train, and enable Channel partners (CRs and distributors) across all business aspects.
- Work closely with hirify.global Client Executives and Account Managers on closing all deals within the territory.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful selling with or through Channel Partner ecosystems into all types of accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (French and English-speaking is a strong plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree required (or a combination of education and experience will be considered).
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment and travel 30-40% across the country.
- Must reside in either Montreal or Toronto, Canada.
