Channel Account Manager (hirify.global for Business): Driving strategic partnerships and building relationships within the Channel ecosystem in Canada with an accent on developing customized programs and aligning hirify.global’s solutions with partner needs. Focus on establishing executive-level relationships, leading strategic development of partner engagements, and managing weekly activity, pipeline, and forecasting.

Location: Remote, within Canada (Ontario preferred, with travel up to 50% across Canada)

Salary: CAD $146,000–$222,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with assigned Channel partners to align with mutual goals.
  • Develop tailored joint business plans and lead strategic execution to drive growth and expand partner engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal hirify.global teams, including Solution Architects, to strategically position video collaboration and IT product portfolios.
  • Set go-to-market plans and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with assigned Channel partners.
  • Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline reviews, and forecasting across all hirify.global portfolios.
  • Partner closely with channel marketing to effectively utilize MDF budgets and execute initiatives for partner growth.

Requirements

  • Exceptional channel management experience, ideally with a technology manufacturer.
  • Proven success working with IT and AV VARs and integrators, across both Public and Private sectors.
  • Strategic and proactive relationship-building skills, with demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional presentation skills and executive presence.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including video collaboration, unified communications, networking/mobility, and security products.
  • Experience selling unified communications (UC) solutions and solid knowledge of cloud technologies.
