What you will do
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with assigned Channel partners to align with mutual goals.
- Develop tailored joint business plans and lead strategic execution to drive growth and expand partner engagements.
- Collaborate with internal hirify.global teams, including Solution Architects, to strategically position video collaboration and IT product portfolios.
- Set go-to-market plans and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with assigned Channel partners.
- Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline reviews, and forecasting across all hirify.global portfolios.
- Partner closely with channel marketing to effectively utilize MDF budgets and execute initiatives for partner growth.
Requirements
- Exceptional channel management experience, ideally with a technology manufacturer.
- Proven success working with IT and AV VARs and integrators, across both Public and Private sectors.
- Strategic and proactive relationship-building skills, with demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional presentation skills and executive presence.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including video collaboration, unified communications, networking/mobility, and security products.
- Experience selling unified communications (UC) solutions and solid knowledge of cloud technologies.
