TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the team for deal strategy and commercial governance, ensuring pricing consistency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Architect hirify.global's pricing matrix, owning and evolving pricing strategy, packaging, discounting guardrails, and services policies.
  • Build and manage a high-rigor approval process for quotes, identifying and resolving deal risks early.
  • Lead the team responsible for deal configuration, Salesforce/CPQ accuracy, and order processing.
  • Improve quote-to-cash processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable workflows and SLAs.
  • Serve as the cross-functional hub for aligning on deal structure, approvals, and execution, especially for complex deals.
  • Lead and develop a team of ~10 across Deal Strategy and Order Operations, defining org structure and scaling enablement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related commercial role (B2B SaaS preferred), including people management experience.
  • Deep expertise in pricing/discounting governance, deal structuring, approvals, and negotiation support for enterprise deals.
  • Strong operational command of Salesforce and CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ or similar), including configuration and process design.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, capable of aligning Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable using data to identify trends and drive measurable improvements.
  • Clear, confident communicator able to translate complexity into practical guidance and set a high bar for commercial discipline.
