What you will do
- Own and close new business prospects and build relationships with brands and agencies.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Lead multi-product sales cycles and promote new hirify.global products.
- Develop strategic account plans and forecast to meet quarterly targets.
- Build strong client relationships and represent hirify.global at industry events.
- Leverage campaign data and collaborate with internal teams to optimize client strategies.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in digital media, ecommerce, programmatic, or retail media sales.
- Strong network and relationships in Consumer Electronics, Health and Beauty, and CPG verticals in Canada.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian advertising and retail media landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized self-starter with CRM and pipeline management skills (e.g., Salesforce).
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
