Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Austin, Texas, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years experience in HR strategy, management consulting, or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives; M&A experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with data-driven decision making.
• Consulting mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous environments and deliver solutions quickly.
