TL;DR

Location: Remote within two hours of Central European Time or hybrid in Brussels, London, or Paris

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with payroll providers in Europe and North America ensuring timely and compliant payments
  • Administer employee benefits and support contract issuance and updates
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data integrity and optimize payroll processes
  • Onboard and offboard employees in payroll systems
  • Research labor laws and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
  • Contribute to compensation and benefits optimization projects

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • At least two years experience in HR Operations or Payroll supporting multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, taxes, and benefits
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely within Central European Time zone or hybrid in specified offices

Nice to have

  • Experience with Notion and HRIS (HiBob)
  • Ability to operationalize automation and AI tools
  • Interest in digital assets and financial services
