What you will do

  • Lead vision and strategy for recruiting operations transformation initiatives
  • Advance data-driven decision making through recruiting analytics and key metrics definition
  • Manage and enhance recruiting technology stack including Ashby and Candidate.fyi
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Stay updated with new technological trends and products

Requirements

  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • 7-12 years of experience in recruiting operations and analytics
  • Proven success in designing and scaling hiring operations in high-growth global environments
  • Strong expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
