Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own employee onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems like Rippling and Culture Amp.
• Support benefits administration including enrollments and employee education.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and processes.
• Assist with performance and engagement programs including review cycles.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to scaling People programs and policies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco and work onsite
• 2+ years experience in HR, People Operations, or Administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.
• Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
