What you will do

• Define and drive technical architecture for hirify.global's enterprise governance platform supporting thousands of customers
• Lead end-to-end delivery of major platform components including access control, command center, and audit logging
• Architect integrations with SIEM and enterprise security infrastructures
• Mentor engineers and set technical standards across the platform organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and leadership to align technical roadmaps
• Represent the enterprise platform team in technical discussions and leadership forums

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend development (Go, Python, Java)
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems and APIs
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container/orchestration technologies
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise governance, access control, or identity management systems
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP
• Experience with observability platforms and SIEM integrations
• Background in multi-tenant SaaS architectures serving large enterprises
• Direct experience working with enterprise customers
