What you will do
- Define and drive technical architecture for hirify.global's enterprise governance platform supporting thousands of customers
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major platform components including access control, command center, and audit logging
- Architect integrations with SIEM and enterprise security infrastructures
- Mentor engineers and set technical standards across the platform organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and leadership to align technical roadmaps
- Represent the enterprise platform team in technical discussions and leadership forums
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend development (Go, Python, Java)
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems and APIs
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container/orchestration technologies
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise governance, access control, or identity management systems
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP
- Experience with observability platforms and SIEM integrations
- Background in multi-tenant SaaS architectures serving large enterprises
- Direct experience working with enterprise customers
