TL;DR

Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Collaborate with growth sales and deployment teams to lead complex enterprise pilots, support pre-sales activities, and drive user adoption of cybersecurity intelligence solutions with an accent on technical problem solving and customer engagement. Focus on managing proof of concept efforts, addressing analytical and operational issues, and expanding upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What you will do

  • Understand product portfolio and success criteria to support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support trials, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Plan and manage product proof of concept initiatives
  • Develop sample use-cases and analytic demonstrations
  • Address critical analytical, technical, and operational issues
  • Drive user adoption across various use cases

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in pre-sales or analytical roles such as intelligence, military, cyber, or business operations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Cybersecurity or threat intelligence experience is a plus, including SOC/SIEM, Vulnerability Management, IR/Red team, or Threat Hunting
  • Fluency in English with excellent writing skills required, Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to travel at least 35%
  • Location: Must be based in Spain or able to work remotely from Spain
