What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on inbound sales leads.
  • Build a culture of accountability, growth mindset, and healthy competition.
  • Improve lead qualification efficiency and strengthen cold-lead playbook.
  • Analyze funnel metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Marketing to refine strategies and customer profiles.
  • Develop scalable coaching frameworks and grow the team through recruiting and training.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years in sales development or outbound sales with 1+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record managing high-performing sales teams meeting pipeline targets.
  • Deep understanding of outbound prospecting including cold calling, email sequencing, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Experience coaching on messaging, objection handling, and qualification.
  • Data-driven mindset comfortable with metrics analysis and decision making.
  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within US zones.
