What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Identify and engage fintechs aligned with embedded banking solutions
- Build strong relationships with product, engineering, compliance, and executive stakeholders
- Lead discovery, solutioning, and commercial conversations
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and smooth handoff
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted messaging and campaigns
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce
- Share partner insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Must be located and authorized to work in the US or Canada
- 5 to 8+ years selling fintech or API-driven solutions to fintechs or tech companies
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure, compliance, and partner evaluation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
