TL;DR

Account Executive (SMB): Manage the full sales cycle to attract and close deals with small and mid-size businesses under 200 employees with an accent on SaaS and HR-tech sales. Focus on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing deals valued between $25k-$50k in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work onsite 2-3 days a week in NYC office

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year plus 50/50 variable compensation

What you will do

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
  • Target key decision-makers and determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage data in Salesforce CRM
  • Attend trade shows, events, and network with market influencers and partners

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 1-3 years of closing deals within a SaaS company
  • Experience closing deals valued at $25k-$50k
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate 40-50% of pipeline
  • Experience in HR-tech environment
  • Must be located in New York Metro Area and willing to work onsite 2-3 days per week
