What you will do
- Identify upsell opportunities and deliver new ARR within Midmarket & Subenterprise accounts
- Leverage MEDDPICC framework to manage complex sales cycles and close deals
- Build consultative relationships to align hirify.global solutions with client goals
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewal Managers, and Sales Engineers to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and forecast a robust sales pipeline within assigned accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to upsell
Requirements
- Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work onsite 2-3 days a week
- 3+ years experience in SaaS sales or B2B account management, preferably Midmarket segment
- Experience managing US book of business with expansion KPIs
- Familiarity with HR or Payroll technology and value-based selling preferred
- Proven success in forecasting and achieving revenue targets in SaaS or similar environment
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools and AI-driven sales tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
