What you will do

• Develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and backlog to teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify needs and innovation opportunities.
• Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and features based on business value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product development.
• Monitor product performance and market feedback to drive improvements.
• Serve as primary contact between development team and stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work based in Canada
• 7+ years experience in product management or equivalent (3+ for PM roles).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for product decisions.
