What you will do

  • Drive customer acquisition in the East Region by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute outbound-focused sales growth strategies.
  • Partner with regional and global leadership to align on effective go-to-market plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and enable a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed targets.
  • Define and manage monthly/quarterly sales objectives and provide accurate ongoing forecasts.
  • Drive sales cycles for critical wins, presenting solutions and closing high-visibility transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 8 years of experience within a sales organization for a hypergrowth SaaS startup relevant to finance, supply chain, sales performance management, business planning, BI, or Data Analytics solutions.
  • 3 years of experience managing and developing a team of sellers with demonstrated results.
  • Must be able to work remotely from the East Region, United States.

  • Talent for engaging C-suite prospects with clear and concise communications.
  • Experience managing deal cycles of 6-9 months with average contract values exceeding $150k.
  • Passion for planning, designing, and implementing sales strategies, especially in new markets.
  • Comfortable defining strategy, working autonomously, and rolling up your sleeves to make an impact.
