Location: This is a hybrid role, prioritizing a hybrid work environment in Livingston, NJ, New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, or Bellevue, WA. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with U.S. Government export regulations.

Salary: $165,000–$189,000

What you will do

  • Own the commercial strategy and outcomes for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers.
  • Lead complex renewals and manage multi-threaded expansion and cross-sell motions.
  • Scale platform adoption across multiple teams and business units.
  • Run structured commercial workflows including discovery, qualification, value articulation, pricing, negotiation, and forecasting.
  • Maintain detailed multi-year account plans, identifying whitespace, risks, and growth sequencing.
  • Partner with Field Engineering to coordinate deliverables, lead executive business reviews, and influence expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS customer-facing roles commercializing technical products.
  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying Account Management, Sales, or Renewals role.
  • Proven success managing Enterprise or Strategic customers with multi-threaded stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience leading complex expansion, cross-sell, POV, and negotiation cycles.
  • Strong technical and product curiosity with familiarity in AI/ML, DevOps, or data infrastructure tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed account plans and disciplined forecasting.
  • Able to self-direct in ambiguous environments and independently drive commercial outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating with Field Engineering, Product, Engineering, or Support in technical SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Git, Python, Jupyter, PyTorch, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience supporting or selling to ML, MLOps, DevOps, or data infrastructure teams.
  • Background working with AI-native startups, foundation model builders, or Enterprise ML teams.
