Focus on recruiting talent, driving pipeline generation, and closing complex enterprise deals for security and software solutions.

Location: Remote (USA), must be based in the Southeast

Salary: $189,150—$222,500 USD (Base Salary)

What you will do

  • Recruit and hire a world-class team of enterprise sellers.
  • Articulate, manage, and enable enterprise sellers to hit key productivity metrics.
  • Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation leveraging all available resources.
  • Develop an overall account strategy for the region to ensure strong execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering for product demonstrations and proof-of-concept programs.
  • Build strong partnerships with existing customers to drive value realization, retention, and upsell expansion.
  • Effectively forecast monthly/quarterly revenue through disciplined deal inspection.
  • Develop strategic relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to measure sales performance and progress.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new business at executive levels within enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding sales quotas selling security, networking, and/or software solutions.
  • 3+ years leading a sales team focused on growing new business and acquiring new logos.
  • Strong hunter mentality with direct experience managing teams responsible for demand creation and pipeline sourcing.
  • Successful experience closing complex Enterprise sales (deals of $200K+, high value transactions above $1M+).
  • Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with potential partners and customers at executive levels (CISO/CIO/CTO).
  • Strong presentation and communications skills, competent in translating technical features into business value.
  • Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC).
