Salary: $71,400–$105,660 per year

hirify.global Sports Lab is a new standalone studio at hirify.global focused on developing the next groundbreaking sports franchise with a world-class team in Vancouver, BC.

What you will do

  • Partner with design and tech peers to ensure quality and impact of deliverables for your group
  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and team priorities using Jira, Flow, and other tools
  • Coordinate and track progress, remove roadblocks, and communicate roadmaps and risks
  • Drive effective processes and team morale in collaboration with leads and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver short- and long-term goals
  • Play the game to assess quality of deliverables against targets

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada
  • 3-4 years of game production experience with at least one full game development cycle
  • Strong project management skills with Scrum, Agile, Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Jira, Flow, Shotgrid, and building workflows and plugins
  • Passion for games and understanding of technical concepts to work with engineers
