TL;DR
Marketplace Operations (Audio AI): Driving the success and optimization of the Operations organization, including end-to-end process ownership, hiring, and quality control for human-edited audio content. Focus on expanding capacity, improving quality control systems, and identifying efficiency levers through data analysis and automation.
Location: This role is remote and can be executed globally. If preferred, candidates can work from offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end processes across hiring, training, turnaround times, pricing, quality control, and producer engagement for the Productions org.
- Expand the hiring engine to meet growing demand for audio content production.
- Improve quality control and monitoring systems for professional-grade audio content.
- Build data pipelines and dashboards to inform decision-making at scale.
- Find new efficiency levers through process improvements, automation (e.g., Python scripts), or collaboration with Engineering.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Language Leads, Account Managers, and Sales to enhance the audio marketplace.
Requirements
- Ops fluency: experience managing and scaling complex operations processes (e.g., marketplace or logistics environment).
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to break down complex issues and formulate action plans.
- Comfortable running own data queries, small scripts, and crunching data.
- Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Skilled at cross-functional team collaboration to drive optimal outcomes.
