What you will do
- Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks, including status calls and quarterly business reviews.
- Understand client HR objectives to tailor use cases and develop success plans, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on product adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams as a customer advocate.
- Protect existing revenue streams, identify opportunities, mitigate churn, and meet KPIs (net retention, CSAT/NPS).
- Provide ongoing product enablement and stay updated on HR industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Leverage AI and automation to develop scalable success strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
- B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager experience, preferably owning an EU book of business.
- Experience in a client-facing B2B role.
- Fluent in English.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Executive project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with the C-suite.
- Experience with Salesforce and web-based technologies.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German and/or Dutch.
- Experience with SFDC, Asana, and/or ChurnZero.
- HR or HRM background.
