What you will do

  • Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks, including status calls and quarterly business reviews.
  • Understand client HR objectives to tailor use cases and develop success plans, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on product adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams as a customer advocate.
  • Protect existing revenue streams, identify opportunities, mitigate churn, and meet KPIs (net retention, CSAT/NPS).
  • Provide ongoing product enablement and stay updated on HR industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Leverage AI and automation to develop scalable success strategies and improve customer engagement.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager experience, preferably owning an EU book of business.
  • Experience in a client-facing B2B role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Executive project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with the C-suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce and web-based technologies.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German and/or Dutch.
  • Experience with SFDC, Asana, and/or ChurnZero.
  • HR or HRM background.
