What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure adoption and success of hirify.global's system
- Lead smooth end-to-end implementation and training for multi-disciplinary teams both in person and remotely
- Engage clients consultatively to maximize utilization of the food waste management system
- Analyze client reports proactively and troubleshoot issues collaboratively
- Manage KPIs with clients and senior hirify.global team members to ensure business case delivery and implement necessary changes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across different regions and support frontline tech and customer support teams
Requirements
- Must be able to travel regularly across Europe (up to 2 business trips per month)
- Hybrid work model with minimum 2 days per week in London Farringdon office
- Degree educated with experience in Client Success, Delivery, Project Management, Account Management, or Consultancy roles
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ideally fluent in a second European language
- Proven ability to challenge status quo and deliver value-added solutions
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective project management, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
