Operations Manager (Foodtech): Manage and grow key client accounts by leading large-scale rollouts and ensuring successful implementation of hirify.global's food waste reduction technology with an accent on client engagement, operational excellence, and cross-regional collaboration. Focus on building strong client relationships, troubleshooting, KPI management, and supporting frontline teams to drive impactful food waste solutions.

Location: Hybrid with minimum 2 days per week in Farringdon office, London; regular European travel with up to 2 business trips per month

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure adoption and success of hirify.global's system
  • Lead smooth end-to-end implementation and training for multi-disciplinary teams both in person and remotely
  • Engage clients consultatively to maximize utilization of the food waste management system
  • Analyze client reports proactively and troubleshoot issues collaboratively
  • Manage KPIs with clients and senior hirify.global team members to ensure business case delivery and implement necessary changes
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across different regions and support frontline tech and customer support teams

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel regularly across Europe (up to 2 business trips per month)
  • Hybrid work model with minimum 2 days per week in London Farringdon office
  • Degree educated with experience in Client Success, Delivery, Project Management, Account Management, or Consultancy roles
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ideally fluent in a second European language
  • Proven ability to challenge status quo and deliver value-added solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective project management, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
