What you will do

• Build and maintain internal processes and documentation to align teams throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Improve day-to-day operations by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and introducing scalable working methods.
• Coordinate new partner launches end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional readiness and smooth operational setup.
• Manage key operational activities such as first-line compliance (KYB) and structured client data capture.
• Build and maintain client information hubs that provide clear, compliant guidance to partners and end-users.
• Support BAU operations by stepping into gaps, including query management and pricing workflows.
• Develop internal and partner-facing reporting and insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with the GM of Embed and Account Manager on partner-facing initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in an operations, process improvement, or project coordination role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows.
• Experience in managing compliance activities and data capture.
• English: B2 required
