What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing programs across channels for priority audiences.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, automated journeys, and ensure list hygiene.
  • Manage budgets and pacing for paid media, social, and retargeting channels like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Support conversion optimization efforts through landing page builds, CMS updates, and CRO tests.
  • Define KPIs, own tracking via GA4 and Tag Manager, analyze performance, and deliver insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing with success in demand generation, ABM, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Direct ownership of email and paid social performance, and budgets.
  • Proven experience driving MQL/SQL pipeline at scale.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
  • Strong background in A/B testing, experimentation, and landing page optimization.
  • Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, tracking limitations, and evolving privacy requirements.
  • Strong audience research, persona development, and insight translation skills.
  • Must be a U.S.-based employee.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B sales, climate tech, or technical/enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with attribution models.
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners.
  • Exposure to ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase).
